Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses and PO Boxes. However, for some items we require a physical address for delivery(No PO Boxes) We will reach out to you if there are any issues shipping your order.

Orders for stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. You will be notified when your order ships. Tracking information will be provided in the shipment confirmation email.

Returns and exchanges

All unused items have a 30 day money back guarantee less shipping and handling.

Custom order merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or an error was made by us during production.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please e-mail us at returns@htsa-inc.com or call customer service at 1-877-200-4958 to receive an RA number (return authorization number) BEFORE making any return or exchange.

We will e-mail you an RA number along with instructions to send your item back for an exchange or refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellations can only be made prior to an order being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the order falls under our return policy.
